Head Chef & Owner Emma Passey has worked all over Europe working on Private Yachts catering for VIP Clients, Luxury Fine Dining in the Swiss Alps, Rossette Restaurants, Private Dining for special guests including members of the Royal Family, even street food events and local produce markets. We just love good food which tastes as good as it looks.
