Payne & Gunter was born from Gunter’s, an illustrious tea shop in Mayfair that was the epitome of high fashion for society. Famed as it was, Gunter’s had the privilege of making the bridal cake for the marriage of Queen Victoria’s granddaughter, Princess Louise of Wales.
This is clearly a legacy to be proud of. All caterers pride themselves on using seasonal, local and fresh ingredients but what differentiates Payne & Gunter is our history, regal connection and a team of long standing professionals whose combined experience have been part of the Payne + Gunter story for over 100 years.
