What is your most memorable wedding?
A few years ago we catered for a wedding in a big Circus Top tent. The couple decided to hire the tent including the acts because it was spontaneous and cheaper, thus making it all the more fun! We worked around the circus acts during the day and it was so much fun!

Go to the food tasting, taste the food and explore your ideas for your special day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A wedding last year at The Sugar Loaf Barn, hosted a wedding for the family who own the barn. The bride had personal touches such as dates and a tractor sewn into her wedding dress and it was stunning. Additionally she designed the dress and we cooked a beautiful Persian sharing feast so that people were brought together on the tables.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
After receiving an enquiry, I get in contact with you as soon as possible. Invite you to a tasting in my home or at a tasting event and work with you from there up until the day.
How would you wow the judges on Masterchef?
With the bespoke Canape Dessert 3 Tier Wedding Tower made up of sticky Chocolate Brownies, Lemon Possets, Fruit Meringue mouthfuls, topped with either Profiteroles or Tiramisu.
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
Our Persian Sharing Feast, made up of Slow Cooked Lamb with Rose Petals, Ras El Hanout Squash, Carmargue Rice Salad, Cacik, Fresh Tomato Salsa with the Eastern Mess (a middle eastern twist on Eton Mess) for dessert.
What is the food of love?
Our locally sourced beef or lamb as well as the locally sourced oak roasted salmon.
What is your secret ingredient?
Working in my beautiful home in Llanbedr, as well as working seamlessly with my friends, family and colleagues.
