What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We often get asked to tie in food from a bride or groom heritage or even produce a family reciepe for all the wedding guests. Food should be a talking point, and those weddings were we do get to tie in personal influences always seem to go down a storm.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We like to meet face to face , either for a coffee or for a private tasting session in our dining room at HQ. Emails are great, but we love for couples to get to know our event managers and team so they really can be confident we will provide the best service possible for them.

We like to think every menu is unique and innovative as we completely tailor it to the couple in question.
What is the food of love?
Anything can be the food of love. We love big, bold, uncomplicated flavours. All ingredients should speak for themselves and no one should ever have to question whats infront of them. The food of love is the food you can enjoy time and time again and it always makes you smile.
