Where the bride loved Parma Violets and asked us to keep storing them in various places so she had a constant supply all night, no matter where she was!

Get your big bits sorted first: date, venue, officials, guests etc. and then start to think about the fun things.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Every touch at a wedding is personal. Most recently, we went to a wedding that had a change over to a Grease theme for the evening reception, with everyone dressed as Pink Ladies and the T-Birds.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
A low deposit to secure your date, add on any additional items, and then sit back and wait for us to add something extra sweet to your day.
How would you wow the judges on Masterchef?
Cooking the freshest possible popcorn and then smothering it in Tabasco Sauce and wait for the reaction...
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
It has to be our Cocktail-flavoured candy floss. It always attracts a crowd when someone is tucking into Sangria candy floss!
