AVOID AT ALL COSTS Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They provided for my wedding in Ascot and the day the trailer was being collected we were not advised of a collection time, the engineer entered the premises and removed it without informing anyone (all just in the garden taking down wedding decorations, he only had to stick his head around a corner). The engineer did not check the contents and left with all of our toiletries and essentials. I spent a significant amount of money on these so called the company who said they would look into this. Firstly they did not return my call the next day as promised I had to chase it again, then I was told the engineer shouldn’t have left with our possessions, he should have placed them outside somewhere on the property, but we could collect them from the office if we wished to. I advised this was not practical as their office is a 2 hour drive from us and this was unreasonable especially given that it was taken without our consent and without being checked as it should have been so I asked for them to be posted and was told ‘it’s not worth the bother of posting’ by the lady in the office, who was incredibly rude about the cost and quality of the items, completely degrading me and kept interrupting me and talking loudly over me saying I could make the drive to collect or leave it. I had to point out that they had accepted it was their fault yet were refusing to take any responsibility, I advised I was disgusted at how rudely I was being spoken to and being shouted over. I have never experienced such bad customer service and cannot believe they didn’t even try to make this right as it was entirely their fault. Not good enough!!!! I don’t want other brides to experience this as it was incredibly stressful to be spoken to like his after an already stressful time, so best to avoid them
