- Just Lovely is an established Vintage China Hire service for weddings, birthdays, christenings, hen parties... absolutely any reason for a touch of vintage charm. We are based on the Kent / Sussex border near Tunbridge Wells serving the whole of the South East area with an excellent reputation for quality and good service. Our collection is an eclectic mix of China and Accessories from the early 1900’s to the 1950’s, including exquisitely delicate teacups, teapots, vintage cake stands, glass fruit dishes and serving bowls. We can provide a full tea or dinner service as required, along with vintage cutlery, napkins and our gorgeous champagne saucers dating back to the 1920s. A lovely addition to your table could be our cotton or lace doileys used as individual table mats or beneath jugs of flowers to add another sumptuous layer. We have the prettiest petits four stands which can be trimmed with flowers to make table displays, also the most glorious bespoke gold candelabra topped with teacups & saucers to fill with flowers - a real statement centrepiece for up to seven tables. We offer a delivery and collection service and can include setting up, clearing away and packing if required (this is a very popular service ensuring peace of mind and minimising the amount of work required after the event). Vintage China from Just Lovely will add the finishing touches to a perfect event, be it a country wedding in a marquee, a garden party or an elegant afternoon tea. We are proud to provide the very best service and we are always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure your celebration is Just Lovely!

What is your most memorable wedding?
A wedding in a very old country village hall on a lovely day in July. The bride and groom were married in the beautiful nearby church, walking down the road to the hall after the ceremony followed by all their guests. The traffic waited patiently and there were many bystanders watching this lovely procession. The hall was decorated simply with bunting and jugs of flowers on the tables. The vintage china added more colour to the tables which looked beautiful and very elegant with bread rolls served on the three tier cake stands - an unusual touch. We had many compliments about the china and comments about how everyone was interested to see what their neighbours had for their place setting, the eclectic mix was quite a talking point! We stayed for most of the reception as the china had to be washed to be used again in the evening, which we were more than happy to do.
