Chantelle and her team were absolutely brilliant. From my initial enquiry, they were helpful and clearly very experienced when it comes to setting up and preparing for the wedding day. All my emails were responded to quickly. The team arrived at the venue promptly and transformed the barn, they were so professional and polite and couldn’t do more to help us. Going above and beyond to help get the venue perfect amongst the other wedding prep going on. Everything was so smooth and easy

Above and beyond!

Love with letters was the best on my wedding day! We went for the full package, Chantelle was amazingly organised and invited us to the warehouse to choose decorations. She was very attentive to detail and we had a lot of fun looking at her products. On the wedding day, Chantelle and her team were extremely efficient. We had the same venue for the ceremony, wedding breakfast, and evening reception, they were so quick with the turnover and were so detailed with the decorations which made it extra special.
