As an All Inclusive company we pride ourselves on being able to cater for all budgets, themes, religions, business, and persons. We very much welcome the input from all of our clients when building bespoke packages that are more than just suitable. We can provide as little or as much as you need with everything from our smaller items, handmade by us to our larger items and services. Whether it is Confetti, Place Names or Favors to Clear View Marquees, Dance Floors, Wedding Furniture and Catering. Mason’s Great Event Co have all you need and much, much more in fact we can supply everything that is required for any special occasion. For Corporate Events we are able to supply Sound Engineering, Staging, Lighting with more besides. We are able to offer Event Organisation, Planning and Coordination, aswell as Trained Staff for any event. We also now offer Wedding Dresses and Suits from some our top Designers such as, Ronald Joyce, Wendy Makin and Maggies Sotterro along with Marc Darcy, Jennis and Warmann along with ACS being able to supply you Highland Wear and Suits for Hire. I started out as planning and organising events when I was 24 and have since in 5 years built my business up to be what it is today, I now offer my customers a one stop shop to get all they are looking for in regards to planning, decor, entertainment, banqueting and even clothing. I pride myself in providing a professional service for at reasonable costs.

A Real Passion for Wedding Planning
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars. Would I recommend Sandie..?? A resounding Yes! Sandie coordinated our wedding reception which took a lot of pressure off me, she made sure all the suppliers were where they needed to be at the right time. Sandie worked so hard to ensure our wedding reception went without a hitch, which it did. We also used the decor hire service Sandie offers, which again, she worked hard to ensure the venue was decorated just how we wanted it, and advised me on what we would need and what we wouldn't based on experience. Sandie has a real passion for wedding planning and is excellent at it! She made our day extra special with her knowledge, expertise and personal touch. Sandie is a professional, but above all...a really lovely person. Sandie has become a Very good friend and we can't thank her enough for everything she did for us on our special day. What is your most memorable wedding?

For me they are all pretty memorable and special, but I have to say my first wedding i provided decor and co-ordination services to. I remember crying myself when I seen the bride.

What about your business are you most proud of?

My business has taken me 4 years to build and alot of hard work, the thing I am most proud of has to be the way it has exceeded all my expectations in regards to growth and bookings.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Don't be scared to be different, no matter whether it's small or large - Every wedding matters to someone, so every wedding deserves that special touch.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I love all the personal touches from memorial ladders and tables right down to the spontaneous dances by the brides and grooms that shock all the guests. But the one that stands out for me has to be timeline photo's - Seeing pictures of customers when they are younger and growing up through the years is pretty special.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Alot of my customers know what they want, but for the ones that don't I tend to arrange a viewing at the venue with them to go through some ideas and go through lists of services I offer. This way they can begin to picture their venue and day as if they were there already. I go away and provide an accurate quote and send to my customers for them to look over. I will always provisionally book dates in my diary for 7 days when quotes are sent. If my customers are happy they pay a 30% deposit with the remainder payable 30 days prior to the event. In between that time I will go back to the venue with them to provide a layout plan so I know on the day where everything is going to be set up.

What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?

Festival Themed has to be the best, but again i love all themes. I love the hard work that goes into it all.

What are the decorative trends with brides currently?

Alot of Brides and Grooms are searching for garden parties and very rustic laid back theme.

What is your signature finishing touch?

Everything that is done is created solely by me and my team. We won't leave until we are happy with the way the venue looks.

What decoration do you think every wedding needs?

It has to be a backdrop whether it's behind the top table or situated away from the table for guests to have pictures, alot of backdrops are being used as photo booth backdrops now rather than the booths.
