Really torn about this review as the quality of the products I received was really good. I ordered several products in their Black Friday deals in November paying over £100 at the time of ordering. After several messages and emails in January/February. I finally received these on 12th February (our wedding was 29th Feb and I wanted the Groom box to give to my husband as part of a valentine/wedding gift). These were delivered by hand to make sure they arrived in time.

absolutely amazing ! got my wedding glasses for gifts and to use and everyone loved them. They was well worth every penny spent really reasonabley priced. Service was great so friendly and caring even though my order was late asking went out of her way to get them done 😍😊 5 stars out of 5 rating.

We ordered an absolutely beautiful mirrored seating plan from Laura, which thanks to the incompetence of the delivery company turned up completely smashed only 3 days before our wedding. Laura went above and beyond. She made us another one and drove all the way from her home up to Glasgow with her fantastic hubby and delivered it personally. We were so touched and thrilled she did this for us!! An amazing gesture we will never forget. Thank you for being a special part of our day xx
