What about your business are you most proud of?
We pride ourselves in customer service and going the extra mile for our customers. During setting up attention to detail and pristine chair covers and accessories are a must.
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Get to know your suppliers and build a relationship with them and to do lots of research before booking.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Handmade items such as favours and stationary which add a personal feel to the wedding
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I always like to meet my customers and discuss their wedding day and what type of theme they would like to go for. We dress a chair with lots of different styles so that they have alternative options which match in with their wedding. After booking we keep in touch and are always there to help with any questions they may have. Around 6 weeks before we finalise the booking amending where necessary and contact the venue a week before to arrange setting up times /collection times taking the stress away from the happy couple.
What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?
We have done lots and lots of stunning weddings, all are very personal. Its probably the best part of my job going into a venue and seeing their vision come to life and the little details that they have put in themselves.
What are the decorative trends with brides currently?
Vintage is continuously popular, mixing hessian with floral prints or coloured organza sashes. Lace is bang on trend with vintage brooches to add a touch of sparkle. Sequin table runners/cloths are huge with large flower centrepieces.
What is your signature finishing touch?
We ensure that all sashes are even and straight and the bows are all uniform. Our top tables swags are definitely our statement and our stock is to the highest standard.
What decoration do you think every wedding needs?
Depending on where your venue is most chairs are green,blue or burgundy function chairs so if your theme isn't those colours then I would definitely say chair covers.
