They say first impressions count for everything - and that is very very true!
We first met this supplier at a wedding event, and I can't say we were impressed with the initial interaction. To belittle the bride and her ideas for HER wedding is a big no no. The lady on the stand come across very rude, and whilst they are the wedding decorators, and so called 'professionals' it is OUR wedding not THEIRS! To be frank, she seemed more interested in talking to the groom, cooing and praising over his ideas and shooting down the brides ideas. To say I was livid is an understatement.
In general she come across very bossy, bitchy and like she didn't want to be there. Initially we put it down to them having a stressful and busy day with the sheer volume of people that attended the event, so (foolishly) decided to give them another chance.
Trying to book an appointment with them is impossible - they never answer their phone and only seem to interact via email. But, when you do speak to them they are so incredibly rude and have an attitude like you owe them something or are inconveniencing them - answering the phone with a huff, or talking over you and raising their voice. I've given up with them and gone elsewhere.
Shame for them, as they've lost out on a very lucrative contract - little did they realise who they were dealing with.
The reason i'm writing this review, isn't because i'm bitter - in fact, I really couldn't careless about the girl - it's because I have actually spoken to other suppliers and brides who all have heard the same thing, or had similar experiences with this company, which i found quite interesting. I honestly wouldn't waste your time going to this company - look elsewhere, speak to your venue for recommendations, or other suppliers for recommendations. Just avoid this company at all costs!! We have just under a year until our wedding, and have wasted too much time on this company.
As a bride, you don't need added stress - your suppliers are meant to be working with you, not against you. They come across unreliable, and unprofessional - a massive disappointment all round.
