What is your most memorable wedding?
Most memorable wedding so hard to choose. I think my son's wedding a day full of love, fun and laughter, the happy couple were so relaxed and happy it made for a completely memorable day, I stitched, flower arranged and decorated cakes hard work but it was so worth it. I have worked on Celebrity Wedding Planner and the moment a bride steps into a dress chosen for her is nerve racking.

What about your business are you most proud of?
Being creative, friendly and dare I say not snobbish. I work on my own, so brides are assured of a personal service, I have won a Guide for Brides national award for customer service and Wedding Industry Award for Dressmaking in the North West and of course the BrideBook certificate of excellence Gold Award 2018.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Remember in all the planning stress why you are marrying each other, it's your love that counts. Don't worry about anything going wrong your guests won't notice if you are enjoying fun filled loving day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
The groom's auntie had died; A surprise 5 tier wedding cake was made from auntie's recipes, each tier a different flavour; the guest gift was boxes to take cake home, printed with Eat Cake & Celebrate cakes inspired by Auntie Jean's Recipes. The bride and groom were reduced to happy tears.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I offer a friendly service whether it is to design a lace robe, print a satin robe or create an heirloon veil. I chat with brides to find out lots about their wedding and their desired look; I have lots of samples, materials and trims in the studio to help a bride choose. Once we have agreed on the design details I provide a no obligation quote. Once a bride is happy I accept a 50% deposit. Final payment is made once the design is complete.
What do you love most about your job?
I genuinely love working in the wedding industry and with couples, it allows me to be creative and the amazing feeling of seeing a people happy in my designs. I like that fact I offer a personal service which is affordable for many means people can achieve their own style.
What is your favourite style of wedding dress?
I like a bridal look that is relaxed, simple, elegant and individual. I create veils and bridal accessories which enables a bride to reflect her personality and change her look from day to night.
What is the best way to incorporate "Something Blue" into the wedding outfit?
A bespoke garter, can also be an heirloom, you can have a loved ones name embroidered in blue sewn into the dress.
What is your favourite wedding dress of all time?
Ahh what a hard question to answer, probably Princess Grace of Monaco just for a very classic look and her stunning beauty. I just loved Megan Markle's veil totally stunning and a work of art.
