- Bridal Suite was established in 2004 and is now in it’s 13th year of trading, the business is going from strength to strength. We are a family run business that offers a personal, friendly service with no pressure to buy. We have an extensive range of wedding dresses to satisfy all budgets, from £500-£1850. When you book an appointment at the Bridal Suite you will speak to Alex, Chloe or Jane Mason who will initially book you a one hour appointment. You are welcome to bring family or friends (to a maximum of three as we are a small boutique) to enjoy this unique experience in a friendly and relaxed setting. Alex has been event planning for over 10 years focusing mainly on weddings and has loved being part of so many couples special days. Now concentrating more on the bride, Alex is able to offer constructive advice to help you find the dress of your dreams. Chloe has worked at the boutique for over 4 years now and with her NTU degree in Fashion Design, has a real eye for detail, bridal gown construction and design. We invite you to come and enjoy our friendly bridal service and look forward to seeing you in the boutique soon.

Location & Contact Details
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Do I need an appointment? Answer We run an appointment only system as we feel this gives the best service to our brides. How long do appointments take? Answer We book appointments for one hour for brides. When should I start looking for my dress? Answer We suggest about 9 months to one year before the wedding. This is because most things revolve around the dress. E.g. bridesmaids, you may want to coordinate the same fabric or similar design. You may also want to coordinate in the colour of the men’s cravats with your bridesmaids’ dresses. Colours, fabrics, themes for your venue, they will all revolve around the choice of your wedding dress, so start looking early. Do I have to pay for my dress straight away? Answer Usually you pay 50% of the price of your dress when you order, then 50% when the dress arrives. We also have payment plans to allow you to spread the cost, please enquire. We do not charge any interest. Can I bring family and friends to the appointment? Answer Yes. We hope you can bring Mum or a friend, but not too many as this will confuse you. Maximum of 3 please. Everyone's choice is different. It is your wedding and your choice. If you want to show friends, choose a couple of dresses that you like on your own. Then bring your friends later to help you make the choice of your selected dresses. I have a budget, should I say? Answer If you have a budget then please let us know and we will help you get the best value for your money. How much do your dresses cost? Answer They start at £500 and go up to £1850 I need to loose weight before my wedding? Answer Do not let this stop you from ordering your gown. We can place the order with our designer and then arrange for you to come in for measurements nearer the wedding. This will help you to focus on loosing your weight and give you plenty of time to choose everything else for your wedding. I am getting married in 3 months, have I left it to late? Answer We do have some dresses we can order with shorter ordering times. We also have some off the peg dresses and also sale dresses. You may pick up a bargain. Do you do alterations and how much do your charge? Answer We do charge for alterations. We have an excellent seamstress with over 20 years experience. You can do your own alterations if you wish. Can I take photos? Answer Sorry, not until you have ordered your gown. Designers are very strict because of copyright. I am sure you will understand. How long before the wedding will I have my fitting? Answer We like to start fittings at least 8 to 12 weeks before the wedding. This can vary depending on what needs doing. Also any other commitments you may have.
