I really can not recommend Grand Jour enough. All the staff was so helpful and patient when I was picking my dress. I felt like I had lots of time to try on as many dresses as I felt I needed to before deciding on the one. Even a last minute change of mind wasnt a problem and they bent over backwards to ensure I had the dress I wanted. Communication from them was brilliant and each fitting until the dress was ready they made me feel like a princess! So glad I was able to say yes to a dress there

Jess was amazing. I cannot give high enough praise for the service she gave me. I will be forever grateful for having her to help me through my wedding dress experience, and my memories from finding the dress, each and every fitting and wearing on the day, will be treasured. She was an expert in her field and made me feel so cared for. I wouldn't even have picked my dress if it hadn't been for her wonderful input and knowledge.

Jess is wonderful however the other lady didn't give the customer service you'd expect.

I went to one shop whilst looking for my wedding dress and one was all I needed, Grand Jour was perfect. I had a lenghty appointment and nothing was to much trouble, we were taken care of expertly and felt welcomed immediately. I tried on quite a few dresses and the one I chose was brought in by my consultant and it was beautiful. Everything from then onwards was calm and stress free, all further appointments were great and everything was under control at all times.

Fantastic customer service, we were all really well looked after and made to feel relaxed. Fitting process was great and went smoothly throughout and there were lots of opportunities to make adjustments to make sure the dress was exactly right. Had lots of dresses to choose from and I was able to customise my dress so that it was completely unique.

The team were helpful and friendly. I was very stressed about getting a dress, because I am an awkward size. I didnt just get a dress , I got the most beautiful dress and Jess and her team had me looking and most importantly , feeling beautiful and confident.They were very accommodating , especially as it was very short notice of only 3 months. I would recommend them to everyone .
