What is your most memorable wedding?
My custom made wedding dress of course! My favourite dress designers currently are Mark Lesley, Pronovias and Enzoani.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Enjoy the planning and take your time but don't leave everything until the last minute! You can secure your date with a small deposit with most suppliers, so if you are sure they are the right supplier for you, reserve your slot to avoid disappointment later. Plus you have the consultations/designing to look forward to!
What about your business are you most proud of?
Every wedding is unique and special and I adore working with all of my clients, all are memorable for different reasons.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
I once created bespoke confetti cones for a bride, who wanted to surprise her groom with a reflection of his personality - so I designed Manchester United football confetti cones for her, alongside a matching crate. We incorporated lace and petals, to keep the brides personality there too, however it was such a lovely thing for her to do and I loved being able to create these for them! It was a lovely surprise for her groom on the day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I can incorporate your something blue into your shoes and accessories, or even into your confetti! The options are endless and will be discussed during your consultations.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I will discuss the venue and date, style and theme along with gaining further understanding into you as a couple, your style and personality to ensure your designs reflect this and are truly unique to you
What do you love most about your job?
The business has been a lot of hard work and investment, I am continuously striving to enhance my skills and therefore attend sewing/beading courses. I am passionate about my work and the quality which is reflected in the materials I use and the care that goes into each and every design.
What is your favourite style of wedding dress?
It is impossible to have a favourite with all the beautiful styles around, however I do love the illusian lace dresses, long lace sleeves, an off the shoulder look, a sweetheart neckline and a low back personally!
What is the best way to incorporate "Something Blue" into the wedding outfit?
Elegant, classy, unique, quirky, innovative
