We are lucky enough to work on all sorts of interesting briefs and go to great lengths to meet each and every clients brief in an innovative and creative way. From collecting sea shells on the beach for a nautical themed wedding to trailing antique shops looking for the perfect vintage brooch to add the finish touch to your bridal bouquet each job is carried out with love and care. We source our petals from New Covent Garden flower market as they have the highest quality and a vast array of flowers available. We also strongly support British grown flowers and get these from our trusted supplier based in Cornwall. We’re always on the hunt for wonderful containers and props (looking for treasure as we call it) so each one of our floral creations is a one off.
We’ve had the pleasure of working at some of the countries leading wedding venues including Eastwell Manor, Fulham Palace, Knowlton Court, Hampton Court House, Addington Palace and Botley’s Mansion. We embrace working on interesting projects and are equally as happy decorating a blank canvas marquee, tipi or rustic barn to embellishing a grand ballroom with our designs.
In 2013 Joanne Truby Floral Design were shortlist for the Hitched break through awards and was a regional finalist in the 2016 Wedding Industry Awards. Since then our work has graced the pages of a number of leading Bridal magazines including Wedding Flowers, You & Your Wedding, Wedding Ideas and Perfect Wedding. When we’re not busy working with flowers we love to write about them (can you tell we really LOVE flowers!) we’ve guest blogged for a number of leading wedding blogs offering everything from tips and tricks on creating unusual floral ideas to working with seasonal flowers. You can read our regular floral musings over on our blog.
