Full Description
  • moss & stone wedding and event flowers are inspired by nature and embrace the seasons with a natural and romantic wild garden feel. Delicate additions from my cutting garden plus trails, vines and mixed seasonal foliages all help create a unique natural look especially for you. I aim to use British grown flowers where ever possible. Your day is special and you deserve my full attention - therefore once you have booked moss & stone to provide your wedding flowers you can relax knowing that I will be concentrating only on you. A little bit of moss & stone background - I'm Brigitte Girling, a florist and gardener, forever enthralled by the natural beauty of the suffolk countryside around me. I love the hedgerow, wild gardens and glorious views. I love unusual shapes, natural imperfections, rust and peeling paint. I love natural, wild, organic arrangements of flowers and plants echoing the ever changing seasons. Given my passion for flowers, gardening and the countryside I suppose it is no surprise that I was drawn to floristry where I have been lucky enough to work and learn from some of the flower world's best designers. My own style is very romantic, natural and seasonal, using bits gathered from my ever expanding cutting garden and the hedgerow - but there is always something new to learn. So I continue to seek out and be invigorated by workshops and courses run by similarly enthusiastic designers which then inspires and informs my own work. I started moss & stone wedding flowers & events in 2016 after around 10 years working as a freelance florist. I felt the time had come to share my own flower style, knowledge and passion with my own lovely clients. So, if you would like a truly romantic natural style for your wedding or event moss & stone would love to help.
