Full Description
From our first meeting to discuss your plans and your style, to choosing the perfect blooms, I will be on hand to design, advise and create something more than just your florals! Often its the first time many of my clients will have sat and looked at flowers in any detail, it is one of my greatest joys when finding the right blooms, inspire and excite the happy couple. Making it a truly personal experience and creating a lifetime of memories, scent and colour. Using the very best of locally grown flowers and foliage along with the most perfect seasonal flowers on the market. I am situated in a fantastic teaching workshop deep in the countryside, where I am thrilled to be working with eco friendly methods, reusable plastics and a great selection of items to hire.

What is your most memorable wedding?

Using my least favourite colour.....which happened to be the brides favourite...and producing something that was very cool and has now changed my own opinion!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

relaxed, generous, colour-loving, swishy and on trend

What about your business are you most proud of?

Being able to constantly grow, learn and educate - myself and others to good practice, new styles, making an effort to get the best and unusual materials to inspire.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Hire professionals, for zero stress and perfect results .....and get a great photographer... your pics will last forever!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

games to entertain kids, so worth it!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I always try to start with a coffee at my workshop or the couples venue, a relaxed chat and usually a giggle for around an hour or so often leads to some great ideas, I offer my portfolio and plenty of books to inspire. My quotation comes to the couple within 2 weeks and is fully itemised and I can also offer detailed sketches if required.

What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?

The personal items of lost loved ones, a handkerchief, rings or a tiny picture. So powerful

Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?

Lucky heather! Lots of flowers have some wonderful symbolisms and its part of the process choosing the ones that suit you best!

What is the most romantic flower and why?

Your Wedding flowers are the most romantic, they create memories

What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?

Share them around to your guests to be enjoyed
