Boutipi Limited

From my initial enquiry to the big day the customer service from all the Boutipi staff has been excellent. Their standards are of sterling quality in every aspect. There was no hesitation about phoning in the evening which is especially helpful. For most of our guests this was their first experience in a tipi and the enchantment factor was such a boost. I would and have already recommended them to friends.

Boutipi helped make our day everything we wanted it to be, customer service from start to finish was excellent, really great at communicating and responding to queries/worries in a timely manner a brilliant family run business I would not hesitate to recommend!

The team at Boutipi were fantastic throughout - Michelle and Sam were so responsive and accommodating on email and on the telephone, often seemingly working late into the evening. The whole team have a great work ethic and when it came to getting the tipi up and down, the boys were very efficient and Rich and Ellis were so friendly and helpful. Our day would not have been the same without Rob, who helped out with all the little (and not so little) things which meant the day went smoothly.

We chose Boutipi because of their customer service. From the outset they were friendly and pro-active. Some of the bigger companies wanted to charge us just for looking at the venue before we even knew if the Tipis would fit in our back garden! Not these guys! They came and talked to us, showed us what they could do and measured up. We were so impressed with them it was a no brainer that we then used them to set up our wedding. The service throughout was fantastic, personal and focussed.

Boutipi have been totally amazing from the start. From our initial enquiry right through to the de-rigging everything was dealt with in a timely and professional manner. The tipis just looked spectacular. Our day was everything we dreamed of and more and this was all down to Boutipi and their tipi's. Out of this world and truly magical.

People say that your wedding day is the best day of your life - it truly was. A huge contributing factor was Boutipi. Right from the initial meeting with Carole and Michelle- my mind was put at ease. They are a lovely, friendly, family company who made everything easy. Nothing was too much trouble. Right from the initial meeting, to the erection of the tipi's to the clear up everything was perfect. I am searching for new excuses to hire them again. Absolutely amazing day. Absolutely amazing team
