Hullabaloo Events was created when two of our founders were planning their own wedding and couldn’t find what they knew they wanted. They trailed around dozens of events and venues, becoming ever more tired of ‘traditional’ venues that wouldn’t let you do things your way and only offered cookie-cutter packages. That being said... everyone needs a place to start and we have designed a number of packages to help you find that starting point and make life as easy as possible; BUT you can customise all of them or work with us to build your own.

Typical marquee hire

This package is designed to take all of the stress out of planning your event with critical bases covered. It's one of our biggest packages and is for guest number of up to 130 seated and 200 standing

3 x giant tipi marquees with all flooring and fairy lights

Rustic tables and chairs to seat 90 guests (more can be added)

Festoon or torch-lined walkway

Grand circular bar with staffing and disposable cups and bar fridges (drinks not included)

Wood-panelled dancefloor with mirrorball

DJ set for up to 8 hours

Mobile luxury toilet block

Generator to power the day

Sometimes couples would like a little more room without having to upgrade to the next size of marquee. Our Mini Hat and Circular Bar can be used to create an outdoor bar space outside the tent

We are an Essex-based events collective, specialising in Giant Tipi Hire and all the things that go inside and outside them to give your occasion exactly the look and feel you have in mind. From furniture and styling, to mobile bars and glamping, we draw upon a wealth of options to build tipi hire packages that take all the work out of making your day special. We believe that all events are and should always be treated as unique occasions and, as such, we aim to create truly amazing event experiences that are tailored just for you. From stunning weddings to corporate events for thousands of people; children’s sleepovers to a pop-up festival; we may start with a tipi but that is only the beginning of making your vision a reality. While we are based in Essex, we also cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Kent, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and London.
