What about your business are you most proud of?
All of our shirts, ties, suits and pocket squares are manufactured in England. We take pride in the attention to detail that comes with creating every piece of clothing.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Our bespoke service is a service unrivaled. From the moment you first run your fingers over our range of bespoke fabrics, to trying on your perfectly tailored shirt, there's no feeling quite like the one you get when visiting Turnbull & Asser. Our team will take 18 body measurements for the construction of your bespoke shirt, created with 34 individual pieces of fine cloth and 13 mother-of-pearl buttons. After this comes the fitting, and absolute precision requires trialling. Once a sample shirt has been created, we ask you to wear and launder it as normal, three times - this process allows for inevitable shrinkage of the fabric. It is then adjusted to create a fit that is absolutely perfect.
What is the best way to make the groomsmen stand out from the crowd?
The smaller details can go a long way. From the colour of the socks all the way up to your collar stays, go for complimentary tones when it comes to your accessories - ensuring you look the part right from the start to finish. Why is groomswear just as important as bridalwear?
The groom should never steal the bride's spotlight, but there's nothing stopping him from looking the part.
