Having Platinum Disco hired as our DJ was honestly one of the best decisions we made! Everything from the start of the process of catering to what we needed right until the day ended was so seamless. We went for the full-day package and knowing that Luke was in charge of managing our music and MCing for the day really kept us at ease. My guests raved about how great the music was and lots of people were dancing till the end. Luke was absolutely amazing from the very first interaction. We were looking for a non traditional party following our marriage and didn’t really know what we wanted. Initially we knew we wanted a DJ, but Platinum Disco is so much more than that - Luke has a huge variety of services that make a party and he was able to help us choose a package for a more than reasonable price. The ‘happily ever after sign’ was beautiful, the Photo Booth with additional post box function went down a treat - not only were the props great fun and we now have fun photos of all ours guests but we were also able to keep the cards safe. Luke arrived a day before to set everything up and again early on the day to lay out his beautiful white LED backdrop and DJ booth along with all the other additional items. Luke was without a doubt the reason a cricket club function room looked like a beautiful wedding party. Luke is ‘no fuss’ and listens to exactly what you want and gets on with it. He keeps in touch regularly and responds really quickly to emails and messages. He asks you to set a playlist which he follows but is also able to use his experience and initiative to see what the crowd is and play suitable songs. ALL of our guests (which was a mix of cheesy English song, soca Caribbean and r&b mainstream modern music lovers ALL loved Lukes music choices. We cannot thank you enough

Luke prepared a playlist exactly to my liking and even incorporated a short Scottish country dance set to get everyone on the dance floor. He set up a new video screen into his equipment which displayed precious photos of my family and friends. He was courteous and professional.
