What is your most memorable wedding?
A wedding I did at the Lansdown Club, Mayfair, London back in 2003. I arrive very early, and after setting-up, I joined some wedding guests and walked to Green Park, we sat and watch Terry Wogan introduce various famous acts. Then at night I played tunes from those acts. Fabulous wedding with amazing guests.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
I chatter at the start, then as the dance floor fills, I move into DJ mix sets and requests. After all nobody wants DJ chatter when the dance floor is bouncing.
What about your business are you most proud of?
I love playing requests from client play-lists. The play-lists provide the music core and direction then I carefully sort those tunes into genres, beats per minute, key and then constantly react and juggle the songs by the dance-floor mood.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
For a disco, ensure your DJ has your first dance tune prior to your day. Don't rely on your iPhone because of streaming outages and the phone display will lock - Thus the DJ will not know when the song is going to end or other control.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Ken Dodd, Fearne Cotton, Ferreo Roche wedding cake
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Take booking - send contract by email - send client portal login - respond to complete planner forms - organise meeting if needed - ensure all prior music requests are available and loaded.
What makes a romantic first dance?
When the couple are circled by their family and friends, and wedding video highlights are playing as a backdrop.
What is your number one floor-filler?
I play from request lists, and every celebration is different, what fills the floor at one wedding, won't fill the floor at the next.

What is the soundtrack to your life?
