When I get an email, I reply straight away to acknowledge to receipt. Then I clarify what’s needed on the day and send a quote. If booked, I send a contract alongside with some music suggestions. We work on the music list for the day until everyone is happy ( sometimes I had to change songs last minute for change of heart in the bride). I am very quick to learn new pieces , so it is only a pleasure to make everyone happy.
