The 145s Function Band

The 145s are a function band with a difference. We play for longer, with more variety and at better rates than most other bands of our size and calibre. We are a part time function band who play for the love of making music, and because we get immense satisfaction from delivering really engaging performances which leave our clients really and truly satisfied with the whole experience. From the booking process to the gig itself. Because we don't do it for a living - yes we have fewer gigs, but there's no appreciable loss in quality. Our musicians are just as talented. Instead we can spend more time and effort making your event go just the way you want it, without charging you more for the privilege. Our Standard rates of £1350 for a 7 piece band are on par with most 4-5 piece bands. So if you want a larger band but can't afford the prices you've been seeing... .come and talk to us! And on top of that... - With us you get 3 whole hours of live music (spread over 3 sets - not counting breaks). Most bands will do 2 hours, and charge more for extra sets. - All 7 of us sing lead & or backing vocals in different songs which gives us our great variety. From 50's Rock n roll through to Bruno Mars. - We don't charge extra to tailor the set or learn some new specific songs / first dance requests. - We won't charge you extra if we need to arrive early / finish late - we will plan around your logistical needs / schedule Get in touch for a hassle free quote !
