Hi, I’m Albane, a Kent wedding photographer who provides elegant, timeless fun and fresh wedding photography in a professional and modern style. My style of photography is focussed on you the client through natural photography to get raw emotions of some truly beautiful moments, from the nerves of the bridal party, to the first kiss and the last dance of the night. I am discreetly by your side throughout the day to make sure every aspect of your incredible wedding is photographed for you to enjoy and look back on with genuine fondness. As a Kent wedding photographer based in Sandgate I am lucky enough to work with brides and grooms across the county, London and France providing documentary style photography on one of the most important days of your life. As a wedding photographer I love capturing candid shots, moments such as a child lost in thought or be a groom being steadied by his best man. I’ve spent the last 8 years specialising in wedding photography and portraits across Kent, the South East, London and France and am proud to say I have built up a reputation as one Kent’s most passionate photographers. From my studio in Sandgate near Folkestone I provide family and portrait photography services to people from across Kent and the surrounding areas. Please feel free to pop in and have a coffee, take a look through my portfolio and have a relaxed chat about your wedding photography.

What is your most memorable wedding?
There is something special in every wedding.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Professional, relaxed, modern, fun and documentary
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Make sure you connect well with your photographer. A good rapport between the photographer and the couple will mean a good understanding to capture the essence of your special day and document all the connections and emotions in the air.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A groom one day had written a song for his bride and just before the speeches he stood up, went to get his guitar and started singing! It was A MAZ ING!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I usually meet my couple to make sure we connect so they know I will do my best for them. When possible, I like to go to the actual venue so we can run through the order of the day together and if the couple is camera shy, I take a few shots to help them feel better and more relaxed on the day.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
The couple should have 5 minutes with their photographer after the wedding breakfast and before the arrival of the evening guests because they will feel a lot more relaxed and the shots will be beautiful and natural. Plus it's an excuse the for the couple to spend a bit of time together away from everyone.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Beautiful umbrellas and why not some nice wellies! We can make it fun!
Describe how you got into photography.
I got inspired by Robert Doisneau and Alfred Einstaedt but it's only late in life after the birth of my daughter that I turned my passion into a business in 2008
