There is something unbelievably special about being asked to capture a wedding day. A photographer is the ONLY person in the entire wedding privileged enough to accompany the bride and groom everywhere; from the very second the bride opens her door to me in the morning, all bright eyed and bushy tailed, all the way up to the moment the new couple get on the dance floor to bust out some very odd shapes with their family and friends. Oh and cake. I bloody love cake. When you begin looking for your perfect wedding photographer, you're basically looking for a new best mate. You are looking for someone who will click with you from the moment they meet you, someone who completely understands how crazy you are about your dog/cat, how much you love Harry Potter, why you love it when your partner does the "dad dance", how you get drunk from one glass of fizz, how obsessed you are about unicorns, etc... Mate, I got you! And when you look back on your wedding photographs on your 80th... 90th... 100th birthday (!!), I triple promise that you won't see that weird bit of arm jiggle you hate or your lopsided smile; you will only see the faces, the memories, the moments. Laugh like there's no tomorrow, dance like no one is watching and, for the love of God, do NOT worry if your dress will get dirty, because it will!! Would you rather have a pristine dress and boring pictures, or amazing photographs and a dress full of memories that you can recall whenever you pull it out of it's dusty box? :) I take great pride in presenting my couples with a gorgeous USB and album of images that truly reflects the happiness and ridiculous amounts of fun they experienced on their wedding day. If you’re interested in receiving my package document, please send me a message and don’t forget to let me know everything you can about you and your wedding. Then after we meet for your first consultation, we’ll be BFF’s 4EVA!!

What is your most memorable wedding?
Any wedding where the guests grinned all day, danced like fools and had the time of their lives.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Creative, stylish, fun, documentary, emotive.
What about your business are you most proud of?
I recently shot my 100th wedding! That amount includes 8 destination weddings.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
The best way to love yourself in your wedding photos is to love yourself. See the bigger picture. Don't focus on your small (sometimes imaginary) flaws; focus on the moment, focus on your smiles, focus on the fun. Always just be your wonderful, unconventional, weird and brilliant selves!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
When I receive an enquiry from you (which I hope to be bursting with lots of info about you as a couple and your amazing wedding plans), I will then reply excitedly with my package options. We then book a face-to-face meeting to natter and chatter, going over my sample albums and any questions you have. Then you go home and decide on a package you want and I can then tailor one of my contracts for you and send you the reservation payment details. Easy peasy!
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
There is no one single photo that suits every couple. Every wedding should be as unique and special as each couple is! I will simply capture the day as it happens and create some portrait images that reflect your wacky, wonderful and weird personalities.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
KEEP SMILING! IT'S ONLY RAIN! Definitely don't avoid going outside just because it's raining. Embrace the rain, make it part of your day, take your shoes off and splash in puddles, dash outside for a few seconds with a brolly to get a unique image under a lamppost, do anything you can to make sure you don't feel miserable that it's raining. This is the UK, it always rains!!
Describe how you got into photography.
Totally by accident. I asked my dad for a video camera for Christmas and he bought me a film SLR. And from them on I was enchanted!
