Let me tell you straight away what you won't get if you choose me: cheesy wedding photography, a bossy photographer, flash photography, posing and endless group shots. Instead, you will get: a ninja photographer, quirky documentary photography, informal group shots, relaxed couple shots and most of all, the right to ignore me, just be yourself and fully enjoy your wedding day. Do you feel awkward in front of a camera? Don't worry, I'll do my best to make you feel at ease. Working with me is quite painless - even enjoyable - I promise! If you trust me, magic will happen!

As someone who is incredibly awkward in front of a camera...

We booked Barbara to photograph our wedding after seeing what an amazing job she did for my cousin. As someone who is incredibly awkward in front of a camera, I was fairly nervous, but I shouldn't have worried. Barbara is incredibly professional, responsive in communication, and listened and understood what we wanted from our wedding photos. Everyone who has seen them has mentioned how she captured the joy and fun of the day, while also saying they never realised she was there! Above and beyond!

Above and beyond! We booked Barbara last year for our wedding earlier this month. Having never met in person and everything over email, of course we were nervous that we wouldn't mix well but Barbara is FANTASTIC! She genuinely made us feel so at ease during our entire day. Most of the time I forgot she was there as she so easily blends in and captures the moment rather than feeling forced to pose. She was such a dream to work with.
