We had a fairly budget wedding (at least compared to the average) but we knew from the start that choosing a great photographer was incredibly important. After all, you only get one shot at it right? My (now) wife and I are terrible at taking selfies and you could probably count the number of photos of us together on two hands. We had been shopping around for a photographer for a few days until we saw Ben’s portfolio; we knew immediately that it had to be Ben who shot our wedding (I think his photos speak for themselves here). Whilst we were initially nervous about the idea of having our photos taken, it quickly became clear that Ben is a master at his craft as he put us at complete ease from the get-go. He’s also a great sounding board for everything ‘wedding’ and it’s clear his interest and knowledge of weddings extends far beyond just his photography. On the day, he wore many hats; the photographer, timekeeper, a shoulder to cry on. Many of our guests commented on his professionalism, humour and friendliness throughout the day and some have already reached out to him about shooting their own wedding. Finally (and most importantly) the photos are incredible, it’s nearly impossible for us to choose our favourites to get printed for our home and to share with family. These are photos that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives and we couldn’t be happier, we are just so happy we made the right decision on this. As an added final-touch, Ben sent us a small selection of the photos mounted ready for framing which was a really lovely touch to round everything off. Thank you so much Ben, wishing you nothing but the best in the future! If you’re looking for a wedding photographer with a slick documentary style, look no further; I can’t recommend him enough. P.s. The experience with Benjamin was incredible from start to finish. We cannot recommend him enough. From the first meeting we had with him, through to the wedding day, the entire experience was so professional and friendly. He is so easy to get on with and made both of us feel at ease throughout the entire process - on the wedding day it was like greeting an old friend (which helped with the nerves!). We both really enjoyed being able to have an easy going engagement shoot too, which was great practice for the wedding itself. And the photos...just WOW. They really tell a story and captured the spirit and the joy of the day. My wife and I would just like to say a massive thank you to Benjamin and Zoe for helping make our wedding day the best day ever! Their friendly but professional approach to their work made everything so natural, which ended up producing the most fantastic photos of our special day! The engagement shoot was a great ice-breaker and allowed to get to know Benjamin better, and vice versa, and help us decide what we would like from our wedding photos, plus got us used to being snapped. Then on the big day, Benjamin and Zoe’s knowledge, insight and helpful tips ensured that we both always felt comfortable and relaxed. Tips about certain things in church, then whisking us away for 10-15 minutes before reception drinks and after the wedding breakfast, just to allow us to spend some time together and take in the whole day…little things that you wouldn’t necessarily think of yourself, which was absolutely brilliant. All of our friends and family commented on how amazing they both were and how it was great to see them actually take part in the day on the dance floor etc. rather than just standing on the sidelines taking pics, which led to some great action shots! Rather than hired photographers, it genuinely felt like they were friends that we’d invited to the wedding who just happened to take a LOT of great pictures of the day! Should also mention the most important part, the results of their work…the photos of our wedding day are unbelievable!!! The slideshow the guys created has my wife in tears every time she watches and the full set of pictures are beautiful, and funny, and heartwarming, and silly…everything we could possibly have hoped for from the best day ever! We would not hesitate to use Benjamin and Zoe for other events, or recommend them to our friends. They are the BEST!

Ben and Zoe were amazing from start to finish - we honestly can't recommend them enough! At the engagement shoot, Ben put us two camera-phobes at complete ease, and got some lovely relaxed photos of us. And on the day itself they were completely flawless. The photograph are stunning, and Ben and Zoe also helped our amazing day run smoothly. They blended in with the guests, removed all awkwardness and Zoe's photographs from the photo booth are hilarious! Lovely team, amazing photographers

My Wife and I were ecstatic with the photos the Ben took. Both he and Zoe made our wedding day so much less stressful, and they were both so relaxed and friendly. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. The engagement shoot beforehand and just getting to know Ben before the wedding really put us at ease. When planning our wedding we spent hours looking for photographers, and we are so glad with our choice.

Ben & Zoe photographed our wedding in November 2017 and captured the day beautifully. They understood all the details that were important to us and made us feel comfortable from day one, which extended to our guests on the day.
