COVID-19 Update
C H E C K I N G I N Hello everyone! I'm sure we're all sharing the nerves right now. It's an uncertain time but i wanted to check in and ensure you know we're in this together, and I am ready and able to do what I can to make this as easy for you as possible. I'm sure you're all checking the government updates as much as me (probably more!) so I am sure you are aware that some small weddings may be able to go ahead as early as June. (Although I understand this may not coincide with what your venues and other suppliers have decided.) I've put together some T's & C's for this period and answered some FAQ's for you to refer to if you're unsure of where you stand. My wedding is meant to take place in July/August, but i'm worried! Normally, full payment is required two weeks prior to your date. I have temporarily lifted this requirement, so that now your outstanding balance can be paid the day before your wedding. It is possible that weddings will be allowed to go ahead in July/August, although some restrictions such as guest numbers may be in place (we are awaiting more guidelines on this in the coming weeks). If you still want to reschedule, I am more than happy to transfer your booking to a new date at no extra cost. Please get in touch so we can arrange a mutually available date. Cancellations/Reschedules due to government decision not to allow weddings: 1. Please get in touch with me before you schedule a new date. Booking fees are non refundable so I want to ensure you don't miss out. It is extremely likely that with some communication we can easily find a mutually agreeable date so that you don't have to loose money or find another photographer. 2. If a date cannot be agreed, the booking fee is non refundable (as it covers work done in relation to your booking up until now), however any payments made outside of the booking fee will be refunded, and you will not be obligated to make any further payments. The government has said weddings can go ahead, but i want to reschedule for another reason (e.g. restriction on guest numbers/my venue has said i have to) Provided that: a) government announce that weddings may go ahead (regardless of restrictions such as guest numbers) b) a mutually available date cannot be agreed Standard cancellation policy will be upheld, as it will be considered a personal choice to cancel your booking. Standard cancellation policy 1. More than two weeks notice: You will not be required to pay any outstanding balance. Booking fees and payments made are not refundable as this covers work done in relation to your booking until now. 2. Less than two weeks notice: If you have paid in full and wish to postpone your wedding, at the photographers discretion any and all payments made may be moved to your new date, subject to availability. If a mutually available date cannot be agreed payments are non refundable as it is extremely probable the date will not be filled. D O N ' T W O R R Y This is allot of technical jargon to take in. I want to assure you I have not yet been unable to accommodate a new date. However this is reliant on communication. We're in this together, and I want to work with you to make sure you have the best experience. If you have any worries or concerns please don't hesitate to get in touch.

"We can not recommend Ajay enough, anyone looking for a photographer in the Midlands this is the girl you must book with!!! Having had Ajay photograph us on our Wedding day I can honestly say that our photos are absolutely incredible and way better than we could have expected especially considering that it was at such an affordable cost. I am normally very picky with photos and did not expect much to avoid disappointment but I've been really taken by surprise as I absolutely love every single one of them and so does my husband. We had such a great and fun experience having our photos done, we felt comfortably at ease and not awkward at all as we did worry about this before hand since we've not had a photographer focus on us before like this but she was very professional yet fun. All of our photos are very good quality, creative, fun, natural and just beautiful!!! We also could not believe how quickly we had our photos sent to us and to top that off we even had a follow up message to make sure we have received everything and are happy. "

"I initially did not want a photographer due to being so self conscious. A family friend told me that I would regret it so I caved. As soon as I met Ajay I knew I made the right decision. She is so professional and is incredibly talented. I viewed my photos today and they are better than what I could of imagined. Thank you so much Ajay."
