Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Documentary. Real. Story Telling (that's probably not an adjective, right?!) Quirky. Modern.
What about your business are you most proud of?
Setting it up all by myself! It's taken dedication, time and HARD WORK but I love it and wouldn't change it for the world.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Book in advance - most photographers (like myself) are unable to save your date unless a retainer fee is paid. So if you see a photographer you like, get in touch with them AS SOON AS YOU CAN. Chances are the longer you wait, the more likely you are to lose out on securing them for your date. (I didn't mean for that to rhyme, promise!)
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
When couples include their loved ones that are no longer with us in a small way. I lost my Nana when she was just 55 and recently lost another Nan in the last year as well so when I get married, I'd like to include them and all the other relatives who can't be there in some way.

The big day!
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
A photo that really represents you as a couple. I'm more of a Documentary and Natural styled photographer so love getting my couples to just be themselves. I won't be having any posed photos at my wedding as that's not really me. I'll probably end up have one of us pulling funny faces or shoving cake in my other half's mouth. Those are the photos I'd get printed and be putting up on our wall. Just be yourselves and just do you.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Umbrellas and confidence!
Describe how you got into photography.
I've loved taking photographs since I was a little girl and was always a creative person. I took creative subjects like Music, Art and Graphics in school and went on to study Art and Design & Photography in College. I helped friends and family with anything they needed photographing and then around 3 years ago I was asked by a friend to photograph their wedding. Once done I handed over the photos and thought nothing more of it. Then a year later a family friend asked me to photograph their wedding and things just took off from there! Now I am a full time photographer and loving it!
