Full Description
Weddings are special, and I consider it an honour to be asked to capture the big day when two people’s lives become entwined forever. With over 20 years experience, my informal style helps to relax all of my clients. The joy and emotion you see in everyone’s face is something you can not replace. Its unique. My work is ideal for those who wish a collection of bright colourful portraits, full of fun and laughter. My services include a FREE Pre-Wedding shoot, and great selection of albums. I also offer a Pop-Up Studio as a separate service if couples want something different to the normal Photobooth, and will work closely with their main wedding photographer. I’ve had the great pleasure of working with the 3 main festivals on the island, being an official photographer at Isle Wight Festival, Bestival, and the great Rhythm Tree Festival. I am also fully Enhanced DBS checked.

What is your most memorable wedding?

They're all unique...

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Relaxed, Colourful, informal, reliable,

What about your business are you most proud of?

My clients smiling and emotions when they see their wedding portraits. Its a great feeling

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Get in early, be-it photographers or venues need to get what you want as soon as you can.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

After my couple have booked, I always offer them a FREE pre-wedding photoshoot. Nearer the date, we have a sit down and a chat so they can tell me what they want me to do on the day. Its THEIR day, not mine.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

The couple on their own. Family shoots are important, but its the couples day, so make sure you have time to have a personal shoot.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

The Groom being "dragged" on the floor towards the Church, surrounded by the Ushers and Bridesmaids.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Plan B. Always have a plan B. Ideally have a venue that is just as nice inside as it is outside. Hotel rooms that can be used for family portraits etc. would be perfect. If feeling adventurous, an umbrella and having portraits in a shower look amazing.

Describe how you got into photography.

Its been my hobby since I was a child. I was then asked to an official photographer for a conservation group, and then for a local studio working at Holiday Parks. I've been very lucky that my hobby has become my career.
