Full Description
If you’ll have me, I’d love to spend a couple of hours with you before the ceremony, to capture those precious family moments. This gives me time to photograph the details of your bridal prep, and the excitement leading up to your ceremony. During your ceremony I like to capture the special moments, in an unimposing way, whilst still capturing important events like the vows, the exchange of rings, and your first kiss as a married couple. After the ceremony, I whisk the bride and groom away, for a quick Mr and Mrs Shoot. This is one of my favourite parts, as I capture your first moments together as husband and wife. Throughout the rest of the reception, I aim to be as unobtrusive as possible. I focus on candid shots of people having fun, in all of the details that you’ve spent so long planning, such as the cutting of the cake, and the first dance. Because the story doesn’t end here, I stay around for a few snaps of people on the dance floor, and then I leave you to the partying!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Story-teller, Artistic, Alternative, Natural, Relaxed

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Don't leave everything till the last minute.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

There are too many to choose from! Each individual adds their own amazing personal touch to their wedding.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

First contact, normally via email or through my website. Then I usually meet up with them, so they can have a chance to get to know me, and to also ask me any questions they might have. Then it's the important part - signing contracts. After that, the fun parts! Like engagement shoots and their wedding day!

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

A remake of a typical Victorian image. Standing formally, not smiling, and edited like that of the era - sepia. :')

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Cute pairs of wellies and clear umbrellas.
