Full Description
I started photography back in Devon where I First developed my craft. Having moved to London to then develop my fashion inspired wedding photography style. I was always inspired by dream like things, never fully content with my mind existing in this realm.. I wished to create my own world. Photography became my tool to be able to do that. I enjoy being able to use this skill in capturing a wedding day. I have a natural and relaxed style that allows me to bring my fashion flair into the shots, without feeling heavily posed. This comes down to composition and editing. Having been lucky enough to travel with my wedding photography work, I have captured weddings all across the UK as well as Italy, Santorini, Malta, Atlanta, Qatar, Marrakesh and Germany. For 2020 I will be travelling to Ibiza, Cappadocia, Portugal, Lake Como, Ravello, Sorrento and Tuscany for weddings which I am so looking forward to! I am well equipped to handle quick paced weddings and am always on hand to help tweak your schedule and adapt to the days changes where needed. I adore weddings and would be honoured to chat about your requirements.

Emma was amazing
Photos are perfect, she captured the day so well and was super creative at our quirkier wedding, in spite of rain. She was also so kind and funny, and we didn’t even notice all the photos being taken! Highly recommend

Emma is a very professional lady...
Emma is a very professional lady and through the whole process made us feel at ease.Emma's ideas regarding where photos were taken, our positioning and her angles made us totally trust in her abilities to give us the wedding photos we desired. She has always been contactable by email and telephone, responding to any queries we had, big or small, almost immediately. With all the stress that can come with organising some aspects of a wedding - Emma made sure that the photography wasn't one of them.

Emma...
Emma-Jane is very professional, artistic, has great vision and communicates well to understand your requirements. She ensures a pre-wedding brief takes place to run through the timings, understand the photos required and learn who will be involved in the process. She has captured our wedding day in the greatest light and we are extremely happy with the service and photographs we received. I would recommend her services.

Emma was so professional before our wedding and throughout the day. She is very easy to get along with and fits in with your day. We wanted traditional, fun and natural shots which she very cleverly delivered. She is not afraid to try new things and be incredibly creative! Emma has a real talent for creating photos from things that catch her eye! Amazing wedding photographer!

What is your most memorable wedding?

Affordable, Creative, Dreamy, Soft, Memorable

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

The aquarium shot.

What about your business are you most proud of?

Relocating the business to London 2 years ago and allowing the business to flourish. Shooting in some stunning location and meeting some great brides and celebrities.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

At a pagan wedding that I have shot they actually had a lot of really great details. They actually had a ring box made out of the bark of a tree, fully cut out and with a hinge, the groom had made it.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Wellies, umbrellas and buckets of fun to still go out for the group and couple shots. Making these fun and memorable.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I originally started teaching photography as a medium for hard to reach young people, my love grew, as did my portfolio and then I took my degree in the subject.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

My most memorable wedding was getting to do the couple shots in three locations! Sometimes there is not a lot of time to do these shots, so it was great to meet a couple that really wanted to put the time into this. We had a beach, lighthouse and an aquarium. The aquarium was a stunning setting and produced some really great images.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

Make sure you allow enough time to get the shots you need. allow travel times to and from venues, group shots and most importantly that time alone for the couple shots.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Providing all information on an email and phone call if required and a consultation. We can then go through the plan of the day and anything they need to take into account. If they like to book, they can pay the deposit to secure their date and the rest is payable before the wedding. I turn up, create my magic and then they get proofs before editing.

Describe how you got into photography.

There is not just one. But some of the best are those alone moment when they both realise they are finally married to one another. Capturing THAT look.
