Full Description
Hi, I'm Hannah, a wedding photographer based in Dorset, UK but I will travel all over the world for your wedding. Capturing two people madly in love ignites my soul. Every couple is unique, every love story is different and all these stories deserve to be told. For you, it's all about the emotions, the feelings and the little details like a small gesture, a quick but gentle touch or the cheeky smiles when you look at each other. These are the things that make you unique, and I'm here to keep those memories alive with my pictures. Your wedding day is all about you and your connection. I strongly believe that everyone is beautiful and I celebrate all bodies and all types of love. It's all about you and what you love, not about me. My photography style can be best described as cinematic, emotive and intimate. Throw in a bit of fine art, creativity & editorial photography and the mix is complete. I draw my inspiration from movies, traditional film photography, the 60s & 70s and nature. I take images that look like they're straight out of movie scenes rather than the cheesy, smiley photos you already have a ton of on

What is your most memorable wedding?

Literally all weddings are memorable. Every wedding I shot was unique and beautiful - each with their own memorable moments. If I had to pick, it would be an elopement at the Ice Hotel in Sweden.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Cinematic, intimate, emotive, fine art & moody

What about your business are you most proud of?

My journey so far - I never imagined that my photography business would grow as much within 3 years.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

It's your BIG day - not the big day of your guests. Do whatever you want and don't worry about fulfilling other people's expectations.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Ugh - such a hard question again. But one of my favourite touches is pictures of loved ones that can't be there on the day.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

After your initial message, we'll be meeting up for a cuppa or schedule a Skype conversation to ensure we click. If yes, I'll be sorting out the paperwork (which is actually all paperless for you and all online) and we'll choose a date for your engagement shoot which is included in my main packages. Before your wedding, you'll receive a questionnaire to fill in with all the important details of the day and we'll have a quick chat about 1.5 days before the big day! After your wedding, you'll receive a sneak peek with about 15-20 pictures within 2 days. And the whole gallery will be ready in about 8-12 weeks after your big day, depending on the season!

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Sunset Shots

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Don't be afraid of the rain and get a rain shot!!! They're incredible!

Describe how you got into photography.

Photography has always played a big part in my life, but only after becoming a mum, I’ve realised how important it is to capture all those precious moments not only with my phone. So I bought myself a nice DSLR, taught myself how to use it properly (yes, even in the dreaded MANUAL mode) and completely fell in love with photography. I can't imagine doing anything else in my life anymore: it is my dream job.
