James William Photography Full Description
When you book me you get me all day, I don’t restrict you to fixed hours. I’ll arrive as early as needed and I stay well into the evening to capture all the fun of the party! I love capturing natural photos, getting people in the moment rather than spending hours posing people. So if you want someone who you don’t really notice and keeps the formal stuff to the absolute minimum then give me a shout. I don’t limit images either. If it’s a good image, you’ll get it to do with as you please. You can choose to have either a digital only version where all high resolution images are uploaded to a secure, password protected gallery on my website or you can take a physical option as well with a USB stick. If the above sounds like we might be a good match I’d love to hear from you.

Frequently Asked Questions
(10)

What is your most memorable wedding?

A gypsy wedding - that was an experience

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Unobtrusive, natural, Laid back, friendly, polite

What about your business are you most proud of?

That I will go above and beyond to exceed my couples expectations and so far I believe I’ve done that every time

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Don’t stress too much over the little details. No one but you will remember if the napkins were shaped like a unicorn.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

A locket with a picture of the brides dad in as he had passed away 6 months earlier. She walked the aisle herself but said it still meant he was with her as she did it.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I will always meet the couple before a wedding either in person where possible or via Skype/Facetime. This is at the point of booking normally. Then about 2 weeks out from the wedding I will have a further call to go through the plan of the day. Normally around now the plans are pretty set for a rough agenda. Plus you can ask me anything you’re worried about. At all times I’m available to be contacted though so feel free to pick up the phone or drop me a message

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

I don’t really think there is, otherwise It wouldn’t be true when I say I try to capture natural images! Go with the flow I say and let the day happen!

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

A pyramid of girls.......which quickly collapsed

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Embrace it! We’ll always get a spell to get out and get pictures. If you embrace it they’ll still be epic

Describe how you got into photography.

I did it as a hobby for a few years then started second shooting for a close friend who is a professional photographer then moved to do it myself 3 years ago.
