Full Description
- Whether it be a hush-hush eloping or a grand gathering. I embrace the techniques of both the photographic trends of today with the tried and true traditional styles of yesteryear, and the result is an elegant and complete ‘picture’ of your very special day. I work mainly in a documentary style and creates a wonderful narrative to a collection of images whilst also capturing those very precious and intimate moments one does not get with the more classically posed images. A wedding is a happy, serious, joyous, tearful, anxious, fun day, so is brimming over with so many wonderful emotions to capture of you and your friends and family. A unique moment to be caught and presented beautifully forever! When people look back over their lives their wedding day remains up there as one of their most cherished days, so it is important to have this moment in your life captured and presented in a way that you love. I really care about the whole process from the initial meeting to discuss your wishes, to the requests on the big day and the final gallery and/or album. I absolutely love capturing these special moments and giving permanence to the treasured memories of your wedding day. At the end of the day, this is your day and ultimately it is your way. Originally from Northern Ireland, London has been my home for 25 years now. Degree in architecture and history of modern art at Sotheby’s in London. I am in the last photo with my cute ginger boy!

What is the #1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Leaving the ceremony, the just married moment.....its brimming with happiness and the party can begin!
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
I love being asked to include the pets...especially very proud dogs of their owners!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
A calm approach, rainy days can be very romantic, memorable and the images are beautifully fresh.
Describe how you got into photography.
Following a degree in architecture, masters in history of art, love of painting (water colours) myself, tangent years in mundane job in property (take what you want from that!), I returned to my love of all things beautiful and a creative vocation, much nicer!
