No one believes me… but I love my job! I will be honest and tell you that I haven’t been in this ‘Wedding photography’ business for very long as it was only at the end of 2016 that I decided to take the leap and start solo as a wedding photographer from a very hectic lifestyle working in the commercial photography industry for 4 years. Now, I have never looked back and am so glad I made that all important leap that has allowed me to do the work I love, be creative and meet so many wonderful couples and build new friendships! I am a sucker for romance, lots of foliage and authentic details, so this combined with my skills I can ensure to create beautiful photographs of your day as it unfolds naturally. I have a relaxed approach to the way I work and am never one to be obtrusive on the day (being small has it’s advantages). I am available for couples all over the UK and for destination weddings and like to keep things simple by offering just one full day and half day package. I am always open to any creative ideas my couples may have and can be flexible and willing to tailor a package to suit these requirements.

What is your most memorable wedding?
All of them are fabulous and unique in their own way.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Contemporary, creative, fun, authentic, memorable
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Enjoy every single second, you'll miss it when it's all over. And don't stress over the little things!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Daughter of the Bride and Groom reading out her own poem during the ceremony. Made everyone cry!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
When I get an enquiry, I will confirm whether I am available for their date and then send through my digital portfolio along with detailed package info. I offer to meet with couples before confirmed booking if they are local - I understand finding the right photographer is key. Once my couple have confirmed I send out a welcome pack and keep in touch with couples via email and phone until our pre wedding consultation or engagement shoot. We then keep in contact and inform one another of any updated details I should know right up until the big day. I try and keep couples calm and comfortable on the day, I don't hog them or force anything upon them, I just love watching them enjoy their day! A preview album is then sent to the couple up to 5 days after the wedding and then final images are usually delivered to my couples within 4-6 weeks.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
It's got to be a confetti / bubble/ sparkler shot! Nothing beats that group celebratory photo.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
A big umbrella and wellies! Rainy days can be great for photos.
Describe how you got into photography.
Through education and working in the Industry
