Most amazing boudoir shoot EVER
Where can I start... I was nervous, aprehensive and to be honest a little scared of what to expect, but the moment I met Jessy this all changed. She is such a lovely down to earth and relaxing lady!! We had the most amazing afternoon snapping pictures all over the place, and some quite unexpected places such as the bath 🤣 But hand on heart there is no-one else I would ever want to go to for my photography again!! Jessy is literally amazing and super super talented and I loved it!! 11/10 xxx

Amazing photographer
We had Jessy as our photographer for our wedding and engagement shoot and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The photographs are absolutely epic and the photobooks which she designed are fantastic. Jessy is friendly and easy to talk to putting everyone at ease while capturing all of the photographs that we wanted. Jessy was great with our dog on the engagement shoot and even managed to turn my husband into a poser and he hates photos being taken. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessy or contact her if I need a photographer.

One of the best days of my life!
Jessy has been fantastic from the moment I messaged her 2 years prior to my wedding right through to receiving my photos and the most beautiful photobook which was even packaged so lovely. Jessy made us feel so relaxed on the day especially as my husband Is not really a “photo” person! We didn’t feel as though the photos took too much time out of our day as we wanted to enjoy it as much as possible as the time goes so quickly. She ensured she got all the pictures we wanted (as we previously discussed). She really captured the perfect photos so we have memories to last a lifetime.

Frequently Asked Questions
(10)

What is your most memorable wedding?

I had a wedding that took place in a marquee in the middle of a farmers field in possibly the worst storm Lincolnshire has seen for years - Thunder Lightning, The lot! by the end of the night we had all the camera bags on tables, our trousers rolled up and shoes off to wade through the water but it didn't stop the party or some pretty epic photographs!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

natural, romantic, modern, like film, personal

What about your business are you most proud of?

Having such a great reputation with my amazing clients

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

DO NOT SCRIMP ON YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER and make sure you do your research. Yes i maybe a bit bias but once the cakes been eaten, the flowers have wilted and everyone has gone home, What do you have left? Having amazing photographs that capture your day, even things going on that you may not of noticed will bring back your day every time you look at them.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

People putting their full personalities into weddings. Each and every wedding is so different nowadays and I love it. Put as much of yourself into your wedding day as you can. Its your day and should be played by your rules.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Initially i love to have a little natter over either email or online chat - this gives us chance to firstly discuss your plans, check availability and discuss all the options. Next I love to meet in person, have a coffee and a face to face chat to make sure that we are a good match for what you want and what I can provide, If all is good a 20% deposit is taken and your date is completely blanked out of the diary. I then arrange to meet with you again around 2 months before the big day to run over all the paperwork and finer details so I'm fully aware of how the day is to pan out.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Couples photographs, but that's pretty obvious. not only is it a chance to capture you both looking amazing but it also gives you a chance to spent a bit of time just the two of you on your wedding day without having a mass of people around you.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

being put in a tractor bucket and raised up high to get a full group shot was pretty interesting lol!

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Don't let it affect your plans! If its raining theres nothing anyone can do about it. Stiff upper lip and carry on! If its forecasted to rain bring a pair of wellies to keep at the venue on the day to save messing up your wedding shoes and I always carry umbrellas and camera waterproofing with me so if your happy to still go outside im in!

Describe how you got into photography.

I had twins! yes bit of a strange way of becoming a photographer but thats how my 'business' started. I first found a passion for photography when i was studying for a fine art degree and took photography as an A Level on the side. Then, strangely enough i ended up working as a quantity surveyor in construction and photography became a bit of a hobby. Once we had twins I decided to take it a bit more seriously and started shooting every chance i got, i did a few weddings to learn and hey presto its been onwards and upwards since then.
