Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Candid, Personable, classic, natural and artistic
What about your business are you most proud of?
I am most proud of being affordable as a photographer for people and loving what I do. These days with the word wedding attached clients complain about the ridiculous amounts they are being quoted and they can tell when someone is all about the money as opposed to being passionate.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Have a wedding itinerary for the day, be flexible and just enjoy the day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Favours were in little buckets with each persons name on. Very cute!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I tend to to schedule a call we get to know each other and your story of love and your plans. Then time permitting and location we can meet for coffee or lunch and scout the venues
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Laughing and love. You want to know when looking back you had fun in your day but ensure the image reflects your emotions
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Bride in her converses
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Have fun. Just because it rains doesn't mean it's a bad day. Wear regular shoes to the venue and then change. Have an umbrella that can handle 2 people and smile
Describe how you got into photography.
Started in 2011, bought a canon 1100D to take on my 3 month trip to West Africa. I loved what i took and so did others. I then started doing events and then weddings and as time passed on I grew to love doing wedding photography more than the others.
