Full Description
Fiona is a qualified member of the Master Photographers Association - the UK's only trade body exclusively for full-time professional wedding, portrait and commercial photographers recognising skill, knowledge and commitment. Every wedding is completely unique and so are your photographs. We want the photography to be a fun part of the day and for you and your guests to enjoy the experience of being photographed. Every event is different and your own thoughts and ideas can be incorporated to tailor the day to your wishes. Producing fabulous imagery is what we love to do and at the studio the post production process takes your images through several stages where Fiona and Jason each play a role in producing the finished photographs. We are dedicated to producing a complete record of your day, showing the fun, the love and the laughter through natural and evocative imagery. Your wedding or civil partnership will be one of the most memorable days of your lives and Jones & Co will be there to record these precious moments and professionally preserve them with a fusion of informal and more traditional photography, so that you can look back at the images and experience the emotions and thrills from this most unique of occasions every day.

What is your most memorable wedding?

Every wedding is memorable! I just love my job, how lucky can you be - being part of and documenting such a momentous occasion for a couple in love.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Professional, Attentive, Creative, Happy, Relaxed

What about your business are you most proud of?

I am proud of starting my business and making it work, being able to provide exceptional imagery for everyone.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

The professionals know their jobs, so trust everyone and everything you have organised. The day will go by in a flash so if you have confidence in your suppliers, you can relax and savour every moment!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Any wedding that has a personal touch is special, place cards made from pebbles from the local beach, a piece of material from a grandmothers wedding dress or the horse as a special guest, it all has a special meaning to those nearest and dearest.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Umbrellas and a can-do attitude! You are going to get married and your guests will come to see you get married, whatever the weather. You can't change it, so don't let it take over the celebrations.

Describe how you got into photography.

My Grandad had a huge bag of photographs he had taken in the war, which I loved looking at every time I stayed with him. I realised that these were important snap shots of moments in history and thought, what a fantastic job that would be!
