Reportage / Documentary
Based in Northern Ireland specialising in weddings, portraiture and beauty. I have spent the past 6 years working as a freelance retoucher and photographer working for clients internationally. I have a natural, relaxed and personal approach, documenting every stage throughout your day with as little interference as possible. This is your day - and most importantly I want you to feel comfortable and be yourselves. If you would like to know anything else, please do get in touch and I will gladly answer any questions you may have.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
I start with a wedding consultation - discuss all the details with the couple and answer any questions they have. A contract is signed along with the deposit being paid. There are fun "worksheets" that are then sent out in the build up to the wedding, these help me get to know more about the couple and sometimes they learn a little about themselves too.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Indoor shots can be just as beautiful, sometimes the location is all about the exterior and they don't have suitable rooms or decor that you are after for your photos so I do offer a studio set up - really intimate - just the two of you ... couples are always surprised when they see the results.
Describe how you got into photography.
I have always been into art and all things creative, when I was just a child I had an odd fascination of going through old photography albums and boxes filled with family photos (I still do it) - it was in secondary school that I got into a dark room and got the chance to develop my own photographs - and from then I was hooked!!
