- Whether your wedding is formal or informal, at a registry office or in a cathedral, my main aim is to make you and your wedding party feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible and to capture the images and essence of your special day. My experience over the years has given me the ability to form a comfortable rapport with both my clients and their guests, as I feel that this is as important a factor as the photographic skills themselves when it comes to achieving great images. As most weddings have to run to quite a tight schedule, my partner & assistant Lee pride ourselves on our organisational skills whilst being as unobtrusive as possible and we don't boss people around unless they really need it! Every couple is different and budgets vary, so there are many different options available when choosing your perfect wedding package. I can be available from the earliest 'getting ready' stages until the end of the evening party - the choice is yours. All of my packages with the exceptions of the disk only option, include a beautiful Italian hand bound photo book which will reflect the story of your special day.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
Meet up for an informal chat and to discuss their expectations for the day. Leave them with price options depending on their requirements. Once they decide they would like to book me a deposit of £100 is taken to secure the date with half of the balance paid up to 12 weeks & the final payment up to 6 weeks prior to the wedding date. I always make every effort to go the rehearsal as this helps the immediate party become familiar with me and also gives me a clear idea of the layout and the opportunity to meet with the vicar and to get the do's & don'ts! In the case of an unknown civil venue where there is no rehearsal, I still like to visit before the date to check out the best photo opportunities & alternatives in the case of a rainy day. After the honeymoon, I arrange a date to meet with the couple to view a slideshow of their photos. If they have ordered an album package, they then go through the photos individually to decide the final ones they would like printed in the book. The book takes approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive and I then deliver it along with a number of watermarked disks and order forms for the couple to give out to friends and relatives should they wish to place an order.
What is the #1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Just married, leaving the alter or the civil ceremony venue
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
The wedding party with their pet dog in a bow tie!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Umbrellas & a sense of humour!
