Reportage / Documentary
I document your day as and when it happens! Yes, I will take a few photographs of you and your loved ones, and if you like you can all stand together, look smart and smile - or we can have some fun with them! 50 posed group shots isn't really my thing, but I'll definitely take a small bunch of family shots to make the parents happy. I pay a lot of attention to detail, everything from the flowers in your hair to the pattern of the bow ties on the groomsmen. Along with the small details of your day one of my favourite parts about shooting weddings is capturing the emotion on your friends and families faces; smiles, tears and a few funny faces for good measure.

What is your most memorable wedding?
I photographed a ceremony for a 80 year old couple and it was just the sweetest day!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
relaxed, documentary, detailed, fun, emotion.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't plan to have 50 group shots, you'll get bored after 3 and they are never the favourite photographs in the final 400+ images!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A cheese tower instead of a cake (mmmm, cheese) and dogs at weddings!
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Some shots of just the two of you. I always take my couples away from the party for about 10/15 minutes just to get some photographs of the two of you as husband and wife.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Lots of clear umbrellas, wellingtons for the bride (and the groom!?)
Describe how you got into photography.
Spice girls polaroid camera when I was young, started as a hobby, studied at college and then university and now BAM, here I am.
