Full Description
  • ***OUT OF OFFICE!*** I'm in Argentina spending time with friends and family until January 31st. I have limited access to my emails but if you get in touch I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Remember to check your spam folder, I end up there sometimes. Follow me on Instagram and check out my IG stories to see what I get up to during my trip! @manonpauffin // Well hello there! I’m Manon (weird name, I know!)  So... I'm a photographer and I tell stories. Brighton is home - at least for now - but I love to travel and I'll go anywhere you want me to! I shoot weddings - and everything else, actually - in a very natural way. I see a special moment happening and I press the shutter. Slowly, click by click I have a beautiful love story to tell. If you like what you see or you have any questions and you'd like to have a look at my online brochure don’t be shy, I'd love to hear from you. Manon.

Ask a question
What is your most memorable wedding?
My own of course! Every bride's own wedding is the most memorable and special, and that's how it should be! Strangely enough, being a photographer and all, I didn't take more than a few selfies on my wedding day. I chose one of the best wedding photographers, someone who's work I love and I often use as inspiration so I trusted him completely and felt totally relaxed.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Relaxed, honest, natural, emotional & artistic
What about your business are you most proud of?
One thing you should know about me is that I'm a little OCD. I find it impossible to do things half heartedly, so I invest an enormous amount of time and effort into my work. I love being a photographer and I am proud of it.
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Just make sure your wedding is a reflection of who you are. Don't get swayed by people's comments, do what you want and don’t forget to have fun!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Step 1 - Get in touch so I can send you my brochure! (If you don’t hear form me, be sure to check your spam folder). Step 2 - Let’s go for a coffee/drink to get to know each other. Step 3 - Lets’ rock your wedding day and make beautiful photos to hang on your walls. Step 4 (optional) - Bore people to death with your wedding photos for years and years to come.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Embrace it! We live in England after all so a rainy wedding is always a possibility, make sure you have some pretty umbrellas prepared just in case and enjoy your day regardless.
Describe how you got into photography.
My grandmother bought me my first camera when I was 7 years old. I still have it in a drawer! I never thought of being a photographer, it just gradually happened. I bought my first manual camera when I was 20 and it slowly became a bigger part of my life. At some point I realised that's what I wanted to do, and here I am: self-taught, self-employed, free-lance photographer!
