- Being a wedding photographer has been a huge part of my life for over 20 years and 12 years as a full-time professional photographer. It’s something that gives me a great deal of pleasure and satisfaction. My approach to wedding photography is a very relaxed one, very much a fly on the wall documentary approach. Being unobtrusive on a wedding day is the key to capturing fabulous moments that no-one realises are being captured on camera. It’s also about great story telling. There are so many fabulous stories to be told at every wedding. From the 1st time a proud dad sees his daughter in her wedding dress to the moment the groom sees his bride. There are so many stories to be told that’s why booking a true experienced wedding photographer is crucial. After all once the cake is eaten, the flowers have wilted and the dress lovingly packed away. The only memories remaining are your wedding photos. Do come and have a look at my wedding portfolio.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
My bride had recently lost her dad but the wedding went ahead. She was getting married on the outside of the venue on the lawn. A member of the waiting staff was putting the final touches together for the wedding breakfast and noticed a photograph of the brides dad on a table near the window. As the waitress saw the bride walking onto the lawn, she simply turned the picture of the bride's dad around to face outside the window, just so he could see her get married. How cool was that!
