I have a very natural approach when it comes to photography. I will capture your wedding day in a documentary and candid style with a sprinkle of fine art thrown in. Basically as a photographer I love to take those sneaky shots in between the posed ones. I would rather have you looking at each other laughing, instead of looking at me all serious! For me, weddings are a great excuse to get all your friends and family together and have a big party and bust out your best moves on the dance floor (us Yorkshire folk know how to party). Well, after you've done the part of marrying your best friend. So you don't want to spoil all that by spending all your time by having posed photos and not talking to your guests. Of course you want couple shots, but I'll capture those shots so you don't remember them happening and let you get back to the party. I'll mingle and chat with guests and document the day in a relaxed, candid way. So if you do get a bit carried away with all of the free drinks, you'll have photos to remind you what it was like from a guests point of view.
