Full Description
I am an Award Winning, Professional Wedding, Portrait and Commercial Photographer, with over 30 years experience within the industry. Studio based in South Lincolnshire, most wedding commissions are Lincolnshire or Cambridgeshire based, but we do cover the entire East Midlands, Distance is not an issue, therefore if you are considering using my services I would urge you to get in touch. The service I provide is highly professional, friendly and polite. The images produced for our clients are of a very high standard with attention to detail. Products we supply are also high in quality and most are bespoke, handmade to order. Whilst at a recent Bridal Show, a brides Mother, asked me an important question, what makes you different to the other photographers here today? the simple answer has to be, those invaluable years of experience. Our professionalism at all times, coupled with a friendly and caring nature, that puts people at ease quite quickly, plus the high quality of the images produced. In terms of cost, I have separated the coverage from the albums (by popular demand), which helps couples to spread the cost over a longer period of time. Albums can be purchased at a later date should one be required. There is no time limit. The whole pricing structure is designed to be as flexible as possible. The coverage is time based and can be adjusted to suit your specific requirements. By separating the albums from the coverage, I can now offer a much wider selection of albums in many different styles and sizes. Couples choose the type of album they prefer, the amount of pages and images to be included. The ultimate in flexibility. I must stress, albums are optional and not compulsory. If you would like further information please get in touch, I would love to hear from you.

What is your most memorable wedding?

All weddings are unique and I have enjoyed every single one. It would be impossible to choose just one, it really would.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Fun, Casual, Artistic and Styled.

What about your business are you most proud of?

Our ability to put people at ease and the quality of our work.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Always allow lots of time on the day so that you are never rushed and have time to enjoy the day. Couples generally under estimate how much time is required.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I like the surprise gifts that Grooms often send their brides early in the day whilst preparations are underway. It often creates magic moments of pure emotion.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

An initial consultation is arranged so that couples can view our display work and we can hear all about their wedding day plans. We do listen as this is vitally important. After a booking is made by paying the booking fee, which secures the date and the booking forms have been completed and returned to me, a written letter of confirmation is sent to the couple along with an approximate time schedule for the day and a first draft list, of proposed family formal photos. A final meeting is arranged approximately three weeks before the wedding day to discuss final arrangements and any special requests the couple may have. A pre-wedding photo-shoot with complimentary signature board is also included with most collections and arranged to coincide with the final meeting.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Signing the Register.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

We carry large white umbrellas that reflect light onto the faces of the couple, perfect for those rainy days. Planning is also key and having a plan for both fine and inclement weather. We also carry additional lighting equipment in case it is required on the day.

Describe how you got into photography.

I left school to become a photographer and served an apprenticeship with a top professional photographer before starting my own business.
