What is your most memorable wedding?
Without sounding too cliché, they're all memorable in their own way! I've seen everything from broken legs on the dance floor, to four-person-weddings... and everything from Castles to mini-weddings with two guests! Each and every one has charm.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
fun, casual, relaxed, emotive, beautiful.
What about your business are you most proud of?
I love that I have so many new friends, every year. A booking is not the start of a business transaction, it's a gateway to a relationship.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Enjoy it... and don't stress about the weather!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I love anything handmade and vintage... and it helps that it's really popular at the moment!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
After the initial enquiry, we'll usually arrange a coffee or a video call (location dependant) to make sure we're right for each other... We can then complete the booking and look forward to the big day, with a few points of contact along the way. After the wedding, you'll have all of your images within 3 weeks, and we can look into albums :) Simples.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
There isn't one... every couple has their own story, and your wedding photos are a collection of images to tell the story.
Describe how you got into photography.
I started shooting photos aged around 17 (long, long time ago) of my friend on BMX bikes. I eventually got pretty good at it, and shot magazine work and some advertisements. I eventually expanded into shooting advertising work for all sorts of companies, travelled the world with photography, before settling into weddings when I realised how much I love 'em!
